Q. How can I order printables from PrntPixl?
A. Ordering printables from PrntPixl is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to get your favorite designs delivered to you:

1. Choose your favorite printable and add it to your cart.
2. Click on the cart icon in the top right corner of the header menu to review your selections.
3. If you’re satisfied, proceed to checkout by clicking the “Checkout” button at the bottom of the cart slider. Note: Signing in is required for the checkout process. Alternatively, you can click “View Cart” to double-check your items before proceeding.
4. During checkout, you can apply any available coupon codes and fill in the necessary details.
5. Once everything is set, click on the “Proceed to Paypal” button.
6. For free orders, your order will be placed immediately. For other orders, you’ll be redirected to the Paypal homepage where you can complete your payment using your Paypal account or any other International debit or credit cards supported by Paypal.

Q. How do I access my ordered items for download on PrntPixl
A. Once you’ve completed your order, a download link and invoice will be sent to your registered email address. Additionally, you can access your downloads directly from your account dashboard.

1. Click on the ‘My Account’ button located at the top right corner of the header, beside the ‘Cart’ button.
2. Navigate to the ‘Download’ tab within your account dashboard.
3. There, you’ll find a list of all your valid downloads available for access.
4. Click on ‘Download Name’ to download the file instantly to your computer.

You can also access the same details by navigating through ‘Orders’. In ‘Orders’ tab you will get the list of all orders. Click on the relevant order to find the download link.

Please be aware that for security and operational reasons, downloads are limited to seven times or seven days, whichever comes first.

Q. Why are the file sizes of your printables relatively large?
A. At PrntPixl, we prioritize delivering top-notch printables infused with high-quality graphics. This dedication to quality ensures that each design maintains its crispness and detail, offering the flexibility to resize if desired.

Consequently, our printables may have larger file sizes to accommodate these premium graphics. If you prefer smaller file sizes, we recommend utilizing online tools for compression.

However, please note that compression may affect print quality.
